Guarantee Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation, no-show, and early departure charges will be applied automatically since the booking is guaranteed. Any cancellation must be done at least 24 hours prior to arrival time. If cancellation occurs after this time one night's stay of the reserved services
will be charged.
No show policy:
Non-arrival of guaranteed reservations will result in one night
charge of the reserved services.
Airport Transportation Policies & Procedures:
Airport transportation can be arranged at the following rates:
Hyundai Sonata: JOD 30 per car per way
Mercedes E200: JOD 45 per car per way
Chevrolet Tahoe: JD 70 per car per way
Mercedes S450L JOD 85 per car per way
Staria van: JOD 50 per van per way
Mercedes V Class: JOD 80 per van per way
Airport transportation must be guaranteed by credit card.
Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival; otherwise,
the full transportation charge will apply.
No-show for guaranteed airport transportation will result in a full charge.
Additional waiting charges apply after 60 minutes of pickup time:
Waiting (up to 15 minutes): JOD 10 per hour
Airport waiting: JOD 10 per hour
