Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation received within 24 hours of the date of your arrival will result in a one-night penalty charge
No show policy: Non-arrival of guaranteed reservations will result in a one-night charge.
Airport Transportation Policies & Procedures:
Airport transportation is arranged at the below rates: Standard Car: JD 40 per car per way / Luxury Car: JD 50 per car per way / Minivan: JD 60 per Minivan per way.
Any cancellation should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.
If after this time the airport transportation is cancelled, the airport transportation will be charged in full.
Airport transportation should be guaranteed by a credit card.
No show of guaranteed airport transportation will result in a full charge.
Additional charge for waiting after 45 minutes of pickup time:
